Harthill’s many facilities can be taken on an individual basis or combined to make an unforgettable evening. Your party can enjoy cocktails in the towering Great Hall in front of a roaring 20-foot fireplace with drinks and canapés served from period-piece furnishings. Dinner for up to 70 people can be served in the warm and luxurious pool building. An after-dinner whisky tasting, or coffee, in the cavernous wine cellar rounds off your meal. Then enjoy an evening of gambling for fun in the wine-cellar casino or return to the pool building for a dance, a concert, a ceilidh. With the castle aglow and the moon rising over Bennachie, the evening will be magical.
	For larger parties, an absolutely level marquee site, opening onto the castle, with power and water, can be added to the mix. Catering can be provided by your own caterer or by one of many top chefs Harthill has under contract. All of the caterer’s needs – from silver service, fine china and crystal glassware to gas ovens and walk-in refrigerators – can be arranged with the castle’s affiliate, Harthill Hospitality. All you need do is come and have a look; once you decide to book, Harthill does the rest.
